Review: Urban Decay Deluxe Eyeshadow Palette.

Hey everyone. Today I have a review on the Urban Decay Deluxe Shadow Palette. It's on sale at urbandecay.com for $19! The individual deluxe shadows are $8.  Anyways, the palette comes with 9 eyeshadows and a mini primer potion in Original, and 2 double-sided sponge applicators.

The packaging is a velvet-y dark purple fabric with these metal imitation mesh circles that make noise when you shake it! Strange. The only con with the packaging is the velvet part can get dirty easily, quite like the NAKED 1.

In order, the shades are Fishnet, Honey, Ransom, Graffiti, Zero, Peace, Shag, Scratch, and Underground.

*sorry it's blurry!* Fishnet, Honey, Ransom
Fishnet- Fishnet is a pink with purple tones in it. It's not very sparkly, but you can tell that sparkle is evident. It swatches extremely patchy. I had to push very hard to get nice pigmentation, and this shade in particular is a bit hard to blend... It fades without a primer in about an hour, but with a primer it stays for about 8 hours without minimal fading.

Honey- Honey is a yellow-gold with lots of glitter. About half of the glitter doesn't make it to the swatch, though, which may or may not be a good thing. It's very pigmented and easy to blend. This stays on pretty good without a primer, lasting about 6 hours without fading, and with a primer it stays on for as long as you'd like.

Ransom- Ransom is a purple that seems to have a bit of an indigo blue to it as well. It mostly has a slight sheen to it. It's pigmentation is O.K. I had to push a bit more than normal to get good pigmentation. It blends O.K. as well.... It's a very average shadow... Much like Maybelline eyeshadows. It stays on without a primer for about 5 hours without any obvious fading, but with a primer it will last for about 12 hours.

Graffiti, Peace, Zero

Graffiti- Graffiti is a true grassy green. It has sheen and sparkles, but neither are very strong once you swatch it. It's very pigmented but a bit tough to blend as it's just a touch dry. This is one of my favorites in the palette. This fades after 6 hours without a primer, and with a primer it will stay on for as long as you'd like.

Zero- Zero is mainly a matte black with just a touch of a sheen to it. It's actually nicely pigmented, not excellent but more than average. It's a little hard to blend since it's more matte. Without a primer, this fades pretty quickly, about 2 hours. With a primer it will stay bold for about 8 hours.

Peace- Peace is the whole reason I wanted this palette. It's a bright aqua blue that looks sky blue at certain angles. It's not very glittery, just has a medium strong sheen. It blends flawlessly! Without a primer, you'll have about 8 hours of wear time, and with a primer it will last for however long you'd like.

Shag, Scratch, Undeground.

Shag- Shag is a coppery, peach color with light glitter. It blends great. It's a nice shadow! Without a primer, you'll be good for about 7 hours, and with a primer it will last for as long as you'd like.

Scratch- Oh my God, Scratch is a gorgeous darker peach eyeshadow. In the swatching, it does show up a bit more pink colored.  It has no glitter with a medium sheen to it. It blends awesomely. Without a primer, it will last for about 8 hours, and with a primer it will last for as long as you'd like.

Underground- Underground is difficult to describe. It has strong olive-y undertones, and it's kind of a dirt brown color, but it's still pretty! It has very, very minimal glitter with no obvious sheen once it's applied to your eye. It stays on without a primer for about 7 1/2 hours, and with a primer it starts to fade about after 10 hours, but thats still great!

Well, thats my review! Hope you enjoy, and if you have any further questions comment down below! Thanks everyone
